Woodman Point Sludge Treatment Plant
Planning and project controls support for a major water treatment infrastructure project in Perth — a complex process plant incorporating civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation scopes across a constrained operational site. Responsible for programme development, construction progress monitoring, look-ahead scheduling, and structured reporting through both the construction and commissioning phases.
Energy Storage
Muchea Battery Energy Storage System
Project controls support on one of Western Australia's largest battery energy storage projects — a 164 MW / 905 MWh long-duration BESS comprising 252 Tesla Megapack 2XL units north-east of Perth. Delivered for UGL across site preparation, 132kV substation design and construction, high-voltage infrastructure, control and switchroom facilities, earthworks, and commissioning support. Responsible for programme development, construction progress tracking, and structured reporting across concurrent civil, electrical, and mechanical scopes.

Bunbury Outer Ring Road
Lead planning role on one of Western Australia's largest road infrastructure projects — a major freeway extension and interchange development south of Perth. Responsible for developing and maintaining the master Primavera P6 programme, weekly progress updates, earned value reporting, and dashboard preparation across multiple work packages and joint venture contractor interfaces.
Infrastructure
NorthLink WA — Malaga Interchange, Stage 2
Senior planning role on Stage 2 of the NorthLink WA freeway project — a complex urban interchange upgrade connecting the Mitchell Freeway extension to the existing road network north of Perth. Responsible for the contract baseline programme, fortnightly schedule updates, S-curve preparation, and monthly progress reporting to the client and Main Roads Western Australia.
Mining
Roy Hill Iron Ore Project — Package 3
Senior planning role on Package 3 of the Roy Hill Iron Ore Project — greenfield iron ore export infrastructure including 23km of rail loop, car dumper, stacker reclaimer, conveyor systems, access roads, and drainage. Responsible for programme development, short-interval look-ahead planning, and regular progress reporting across concurrent civil and mechanical work fronts in a remote Pilbara environment.
Mining
Rio Tinto West Angelas — Deposit C&D
Senior planning role on the West Angelas Deposit C&D earthworks and civil scope — a major iron ore mine development in the Pilbara for Rio Tinto. Responsible for baseline programme development, short-interval look-ahead scheduling, progress monitoring across bulk earthworks and infrastructure scopes, and structured reporting to the client project team in a remote site environment.
Construction
Ferrari World Theme Park, Abu Dhabi
Senior planning role on the Ferrari World Abu Dhabi development — one of the world's largest indoor theme parks and among the most complex construction projects undertaken on Yas Island. Responsible for planning and scheduling across the construction phase, including baseline programme development, sub-contractor programme coordination, and executive-level reporting for a high-profile, fast-track entertainment and hospitality project.

The Address Downtown Hotel, Dubai
Senior planning role on the construction of The Address Downtown Dubai — a landmark 63-storey luxury hotel and serviced residences tower in the heart of Downtown Dubai, adjacent to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. Responsible for baseline programme development, sub-contractor schedule coordination, construction progress monitoring, and executive-level reporting across structural, MEP, and fit-out phases of this high-profile, fast-track hospitality project.
